Warranty and Return Policy

Nova Furniture Group warrants its furniture to be free of defects in workmanship and materials, to the original purchaser, for the period noted below. This warranty only covers normal household use. Commercial or institutional use is not covered by warranty. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, neglect, accidental wear and tear, unauthorized repair, abuse or misuse of the product.

The color of products vary when seen online, Nova Furniture Group will not accept any return or issue credit if purchaser doesn’t like to color.

Nova Furniture Group’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product, or providing product of equivalent type and quality if a replacement is unavailable. Repair or replacement shall be authorized only when it is proven to the satisfaction of Nova Furniture Group that the product as manufactured is defective.

Photos of the defective product must be submitted to Nova Furniture Group before any repair, replacement or credit will be authorized. This is a limited warranty and specifically excludes liability for consequential property or commercial damages. Nova Furniture Group is not liable for alleged or actual injury, death, or damage arising from negligence or misconduct by purchaser or dealer. Additionally any claims from the purchaser must be made to the dealer from whom the goods were purchased.

Nova Furniture Group Credit and Return Policy

If credit is approved, an authorization will be given and a credit memo issued to the dealer. If any portion of the request for credit is denied, a Nova Furniture Group Customer Care representative will contact the dealer to discuss the details. Nova Furniture Group’s authorization number must accompany any claim. Please do not dispose of or repair product without an authorization; please do not make any deductions from your payment to Nova Furniture Group without a valid credit memo. Even if there are disputed, damaged or defective items on an invoice, payment cannot be withheld on the remainder of the invoice; any non-disputed items must be paid within normal credit terms.

If return of product is authorized, a Nova Furniture Group, Return Authorization Form must be completed and returned with the product. R/A number must be on each carton and a packing slip must accompany the return shipment. Whenever possible, parts will be ordered to replace any defective pieces, at no charge to the dealer. If a part cannot be ordered to correct a manufacturer’s defect, a discount may be offered to cover the cost of repairing the item or it may be discounted to sell “as is”. The amount of the discount will vary depending on the seriousness of the defect, however, a credit will not exceed the cost of the item.
